How to create a return
1. Register a return
Simply register your return through our returns portal.
2. Prepare your return
If possible, pack the items in their original packaging and remove any old shipping labels or barcodes from the parcel.
3. Print your return label
Once you have successfully registered your return, you will receive a return label to print out.
4. Send your parcel
Simply drop off your return at a DHL service point.
5. Track your return
You can check the status of your return at any time via our returns portal.
6. Receive your refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
