How to create a return
1. Register a return
Simply register your return through our returns portal.
2. Prepare your return
If possible, pack the items in the original box and remove any old shipping labels or barcodes from the parcel.
3. Send your return
For returns from Greece, Portugal, Finland, Ireland and Italy, we do not provide a return label. Please send your return at your own expense to the return address provided in the returns portal.
4. Ship your parcel
Send your return using a shipping provider of your choice.
5. Check your return
You can check the status of your return at any time via our returns portal.
6. Receive your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing may take up to 7 business days.
